“NO WALLS” is a street art festival that takes place in Oeiras, Portugal. As can be seen, by its name, this public art project has multiple meanings. During the festival, the artists are challenged to question the field of action of their artistic practice and the limitis of urban art. Additionally, there are literaly no walls. The interventions are all created in a 360º structure that invites the viewer to interact with it.

For its visual identity and first edition, we developed a logo that intends to transmit this concept of total freedom.

The letters that make up the logo are not fixed to any baseline or box, they float (within a variable grid) creating different interpretations of the logo.

We decided to extend the basic concept of the logo to the remaining graphic pieces by reinforcing the dynamic, lightness and transparency. In order to get this, we created an abstract background with organic blured shapes and warm colors to complement the typographic compositions.
